Welcome to the 2012 - 2013 school year!
In this course, we will discuss various concepts of health and wellness. The
ultimate goal of Health Education is to enable students to use their acquired
knowledge in ways to transfer unhealthy habits into healthy habits. Students
will learn that most health problems can possibly be prevented through
positive health behaviors.

*Basic First Aid
*Drug Approval Schedules/Drugs and the Law
Fundamentals of Human Performance
In this course, students will develop the skills necessary to plan,
implement, and assess a comprehensive physical fitness plan for individuals
of various backgrounds and abilities. Coursework will include Components of
Fitness, Goal Setting, Principles of Training, Flexibility, Cardiovascular
Fitness, Muscular Fitness, and Nutrition.
