Your child may bring cupcakes in or some other
small treat on his or her birthday. If they are not able to bring them in on
their own, it would be best if you could drop them off in the classroom before
school. Please remember to avoid
dairy and
nut products. I have spoken with Mrs.
Kaminski about the dairy allergy. It is O.K. to use cake mixes to make
birthday cupcakes. For those children with summer birthdays, please contact me
in May or June and we can set up a day for your child to celebrate their
birthday with the class.
If your child is having a birthday party I realize
that they may want to hand out invitations. If your child is going to hand out
the invitations at school, they must be for the entire class, all the boys, or
all of the girls. This will avoid hurting any of the children's feelings.
