Birthdays are special times for young children. We are happy to celebrate
birthdays in room A-10.
You may send in a special treat for your child's birthday. Please contact me
before sending in birthday treats. I will let you know of any food allergies
or other things that we need to consider.
We will celebrate summer birthdays with a special "Un-birthday Party." Usually, this party takes
place sometime during the spring. In this way, each child will have a
special birthday in school.
In regard to birthday invitations, I will be happy to forward birthday
invitations if the whole class is invited, or all the girls, or all of the
boys are invited. We have this policy to avoid hurt feelings. When sending
birthday invitations to school, please write each child's name on each
invitation. Please tell your child to give the invitations to me in the
morning, so that I can make sure that the invitations go in each child's
folder. This will avoid invitations getting lost. Thanks.:)
