Learning Centers

During our literacy hour each day, the children do a literature extension assignment. When they
finish this activy, they go to one of the learning centers in our classroom.

Here are some of examples of the learning centers in Room A-10. (under
construction)

poetry and song charts, bulletin boards, and books in the room.

Write the Room (also called Clipboard Cruising)- Children walk around the
room, copying favorite words or searching for words that contain a given
phonic element.
