Week of 9/22/08 Letter Bb and Ff
Yellow Homework Book
Each week your child needs to do 2 pages in the yellow homework book. I will
send it home on Mondays and it should be returned on Wednesday. Do 1 letter
a night. Please help your child sound out the words. They should write the
sounds that they hear. Please do not help them to write sounds that they
don'teven hear. For example; the word knife. They should not have the k
and ebecause you can not hear those sounds. In kindergarten we want them to
feel confident about their writing. If we keep correcting them and telling
them they're wrong they will lose interest. Please have them write in pencil
and color in crayons. Please no markers. Thanks
