BOX TOP NEWS! ~ OAS earned $1,145.00 for our school.
Thanks to all who sent in their box tops. The three highest submissions were
Ms.Toigo's 2nd Grade, Mrs. McHale's 3rd Grade and Ms. Morelli's 4th grade.
They have earned parties for their classes. Congratulations! Keep up the
good work and continue sending box tops in with your children.

BOOK FAIR ~ ONE FOR BOOKS ~ OAS collected $100!
"Thanks to those who supported One for Books. Orange Avenue collected $1OO
during the Scholastic Book Fair to purchase books for our library.
Scholastic Book Fairs will match the One for Books dollars raised with a
donation of up to a million books. Scholastic Book Fairs will donate one
book for every dollar donated, up to a maximum of one million books. The
books will be divided between these non-profit organizations devoted to
improving reading skills among children: Kids in Distressed Situations, Inc,
National Center for Family Literacy, and Toys for Tots."
