Early Release/Professional Development Update

This year the district will be dismissing students early on 10 Wednesdays in order to provide job embedded Professional Development for faculty and staff at the building level. Orange Avenue students will be dismissed at 1:00 on the following dates:

10/7, 10/14,11/4, 12/2, 12/9,3/10, 3/17, 4/21, 5/5, and 5/12.

Please note: These are only the dates for the early release dates for professional development. In addition, students are also released early in November for Parent-Teacher conferences on November 17, 18, and 19. The dismissal time for these three dates only is 12:50.

Finally, the students will still be release early prior to the Thanksgiving and Winter Holidays. The times for those dismissal’s are 1:00 on 11/25 & 12/23.
