Walk in the Woods ~
DID YOU KNOW?
Almost 20 years ago a sixth grade class from OAS created a NATURE TRAIL on the
school property to promote children's awareness of the enviornment and the
life cycle of nature. About 3 years ago Pam Giles, an OAS girl scout and other
Scouts and Families created INFORMATION PACKETS for classroom use which are
stored in the school MEDIA CENTER. We would like to make it usable once again
for an OUTDOOR CLASSROOM for our children to enjoy. ~~~~~ NEEDED: Adult
volunteers to trim trees, pile up branches and spread mulch on the pathway
