Please see your child's homework pad for a daily update of assigned
homework. On going requests:
* have your child read on their comfort level 15-20
at least 4 times per week
*please clean out the homework folder every few days
*please check and P.I.(parent initial) homework
assignments
*please make sure your child has a good supply of #2
pencils - when in doubt send in a new pack!
Spelling Preview Quizzes are sent home at the beginning of the week. This
shows current list words
your child
should master by Friday's test. Challenge words will be assigned if students
do well on the weekly
Preview. Spelling homework will usually be assigned on Mondays and Thursdays.
If your child has
difficulty with spelling , please keep all spelling list to review and
maintain skills . These words will be
expected to be used correctly in journal entries, and all class and homework
assignments.
