| Morning arrival procedures for students being dropped off in cars:
-All students will now enter through the front door of the building.
-Drivers will be able to enter the PDS parking through the second driveway on
Art Street.
-Drivers should pull up to the front of the building and drive up with the
sidewalk to the right of them.
-PDS staff will be out in front of the building at 8:45 for you to release
your child.
-Please have your child ready to exit from the right side of the vehicle and
allow them to walk the sidewalk to the front door.
-All other cars will also be entering the one-way drop off zone, making a
single file line of cars.
-Drivers should not leave their cars parked in this zone.
-Buses will enter the first driveway and drop students on the left side of the
building in the circular turn-around.
Afternoon Dismissal Procedures:
-Grades K-2 walkers will be dismissed at the far right door of the building
near the kindergarten wing.
-Grades 3-5 will be dismissed in the grassy area near the lower visitor lot.
-Parents must park and get out of their cars to get their child.
-Please do not pull your car up to the sidewalk in front of the school to pick
your child up.
Visitor Parking:
-Visitors are now able to park in the lot directly outside the main entrance
of the school, in front of Mrs. Elmo’s classroom, and can also park in the
lower lot, located at the end of Art Street near the playscapes.
