What are the directions to Municipal Stadium?

1. Merge onto I-84 East torwards Waterbury - 16.8miles
2. Merge onto CT-8 North via Exit 20 on the left toward Torrington- 1.0 Miles
3. Merge onto CT-73 West via Exit 35 on the left toward Oakville/Watertown-
1.1 Miles 
4. End at 1200 Watertown Avenue Municipal Stadium Parking lot next to Kaynor 
Tech school.  The first big parking lot on the right.

What are the directions to Bucks Hill/Montoe Park?

1. Merge onto I-84 East- 16.8 Miles 
2. Merge onto CT-8 North via exit 20 on the left toward Torrington- 2.3 Miles
3. Take the Huntington Ave. exit - Exit 36 - toward Colonial Avenue- 0.1 Miles
4. Turn right onto Huntingdon Ave.- 0.2 Miles
5. Huntingdon Ave. becomes Homer ST.- 0.3 Miles
6. Turn left onto Cooke ST. less than 0.1 miles 
7. Go up hill and turn right onto Perkins Ave.- 0.7 miles
8. At end of Perkins Ave.Turn left onto North Main ST. - 0.8 miles
9. Turn right onto Montoe Road - 0.1 miles
10. End at 98 Montoe Road, Bucks Hill Park

1.  Merge onto I-84 West via the ramp on the left.

4.  End at 1106 Federal Road, Brookfield, CT (All Star Indoor Batting Range)

When can My Child begin playing Baseball?

Your Child can begin playing baseball in 4th Grade.

1.  Merge onto I-84 West
2.  Take exit 8
3.  Turn slight right onto US-6 West
4.  Turn Slight Left onto Newtown Road
5.  End at 37 Newtown Road, Danbury

Do I need an Athletic Physical to play baseball?

Yes.  You can obtain a physical form from the nurses office.

How will my child get to and from practices and games?

Transportation to and from practices and games are provided by the parents.  
A Field Trip form needs to be filled out to drive the players.  The form can 
be obtained in the nurses office.

How long are the games?

The games start at 4:00 pm and last until 5:30 pm.  No new inning will be 
played after 5:15 pm.  Two games are played each week during the season.

Is there a participation fee to play baseball?

Yes.  The cost is 150.00 dollars for the season.  Please contact Mr. Dunn for 
any additional information.

Can Girls play on the baseball team?

Yes.  If there is no softball team available to play on girls can participate 
on the boys team.

When does the Baseball season begin and end?

The baseball season begins at the last week in April and ends at the first 
week in June.
