Weekly Announcements

THE STUDENTS HAVE BEGUN PLANNING THE HANDS-ON EXPERIMENTS AND ACTIVITIES STATIONS FOR THIS YEAR'S ST. ROSE SCHOOL SCIENCE FAIR. The Fair will be April 30, from 6-8:00 p.m.  I would like to ask the St. Rose families for donations to, once again,  make the Fair a success! Look for details coming home with your child. Thank you very much, Mrs. Dimon

Grade 8-Properties of Atoms and the Periodic Table

Chapter Test-Wednesday April 2

 

 

Grade 7-Frog dissection Human Body

Embedded Task-Feel the Beat Experiment # 1 returned. Feel the Beat Experiment # 2 returned to students to rewrite. Due Monday 4/7 

Chapter test returned to students-One retake per quarter allowed. 

Frog Dissection due date extention- Friday April 11. 

 

Grade 6-The Atmosphere in Motion

Chapter Test Thursday April 3.

 

Grade six continues to work on their St. Rose School Science Fair Project. All projects will be approved this week and students will be able to begin their projects. The final Lab Report and Presentation board is due Friday, April 11, 2008.

 

Grade six and eight will begin planning the SRS Annual Hands-On  Science Fair Activities. Grade 7 will join the planning next Monday, 4/7.
