Supplies for the 2007-2008 school year:
Students in grades 3-5 Spanish: 1" three ring binder with pockets, loose
leaf
paper, and pencils. It is recommended that students have a Spanish/English
dictionary for use at home. They do not need to bring it to school and
families with more than one child do not need more that one (i.e. one for
each child is not necesary)
Students in grades 6-8 Spanish: One 1" binder including loose leaf paper and
a minimum of three dividers. Students must have an abundance
of blue or black pens. Students should have at least one highlighter.
Students should have a folder with two pockets. Students should have a
supply of index cards available
to make flashcards.In addition, a Spanish/English dictionary is reccommended
for use at home. Lunch detentions will be given to those students who come
unprepared for class. (This includes textbook, binder, paper, writing
instruments, etc.)
7th grade Religion: Students are asked to have a Bible for use at home
(students may bring their own Bible to school for use, but Bibles are
provided in the classroom). Students must have a 1" three ring binder with
at least 3 dividers, and loose-leaf paper. Students must have a black and
white composition books to be used as journals in class (further
instructions will follow in September). Students must also have colored
pencils, and blue and black pens. A folder that may be put into the three
ring binder is reccommended to keep homework and classwork handy. A set of
highlighters would be beneficial to highlight notes and handouts.
Students will also be asked to bring in hand sanitizer (to be kept in the
teacher's closet for use when necesary)Each student should bring in a box of
tissues at the beginning of the year.
