About The Teacher

I graduated from Pace University in 1990 with a BBA degree.  I went to work 
as a commercial lender for 4 years.  After that I joined GE Capital and 
worked my way up the ladder for 8 years in a number of accounting and finance 
positions.  In 2002 I decided to follow my passion and quit GE to go back to 
school to become a teacher.  I student taught here at Trumbull from January 
2003 - May 2003.  I was hired full time in June 2003.  I truly love working 
with the kids!

At home:

I live in Newtown with my husband and two fantastic kids - Kelsey and Kyle.  
The keep me busy with friends and activities.  In the summer I live in New 
Jersey on the beach, a true passion.

To bring the real world into the classroom.  I desire to create a fun 
environment where everyone can learn.
