 Weekly letterDear Parents, November 16, 2009
Thanksgiving is just around the corner and we are getting ready by learning about meal time routine, sharing with friends and family, working together as a team, and discussing the many things we can be thankful for.
We will read the books Splish Splash, Feast for 10, and many other related books.
Our activities will include practicing how to set the table, folding a napkin in half, washing dishes, and "shopping" for groceries.
For our celebration of being thankful I would like to make a fruitsalad with the class and share it on Monday, November 23. More information will follow.
AM Session:
**IMPORTANT** Thursday November 19 is EARLY DISMISSAL school ends at 11:20
This week's color will be PURPLE. Please help your child find something purple to wear on Wednesday ( I know this may be difficult for the boys :-))
We will review all the colors in combination with the shapes.
**Important Dates**
-November 19- NO PM session- afternoon conferences -November 25- Thanksgiving Break
