I will be giving a variety of assignments during the 2011-12 academic year. 
I understand my students have different learning styles, preferences, 
strengths and weaknesses so I like to offer something for everyone! I believe 
that we use all subjects in science so don't be surprised 
when you see students doing math, writing an essay or researching 
history/current events as part of an assignment!

There are 3 websites listed on my page that a student can go to to earn extra 
points. These points can be added to their final grade each quarter. A 
maximum of 3 extra points can be added to a final grade each quarter.

WEEKLY ASSIGNMENTS:4/30-5/4

WEATHER QUIZ ON FRIDAY MAY 4- REVIEW MATERIALS A LITTLE EVERY NIGHT!!

Monday- if you have not found an article on Global Warming please do so 
tonight..tomorrow is the last day for them to be accepted

Tuesday-answer questions from today's class on Winds:

1. What causes differences in air pressure?

2. Why does sinking air cause areas of high pressure?

3. What causes winds?

Weds- study all materials for Weather Quiz on Friday

Thursday- study for quiz
