Janney Elementary School Student Use Policy for Network Access Students will use computers and the Internet for educational activities both in the classroom and in the library under the supervision of the teacher or the library media specialist. The computer network at Janney Elementary School includes access and connections to computers, the Internet, and global educational resources. We believe that this information access and interaction promotes educational excellence and is consistent with the goals of the school and the district. The district employs the use of filters which limits access through the Janney network. However, no filter is 100% effective.
