A Few Fun Facts About the Teacher

Hello Everyone! My name is Mrs. Wendy Lloyd and I am a teacher here at East 
Millsboro Elementary. I graduated from Seaford Senior High School in 1999 
and continued on to graduate from Wilmington College in 2004. I earned a 
Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and recently completed the 
requirements for my Master's Degree in Elementary Reading and Literacy. This 
is my fourth year as a classroom teacher at East Millsboro Elementary, 
although I completed several of my college requirements in many grade levels 
at this school. 

I live in Georgetown with my husband, Scot, and my five-year old stepson, 
Zach. My family and I enjoy spending time with each other, attending 
firehouse events (my husband is an active volunteer firefighter), and 
spending time outdoors fishing and camping. I am an avid scrapbooker and love 
to take pictures of every event. At a family gathering, you will see me with 
the camera, flashing away! I attend many Creative Memories events and enjoy 
displaying my pictures in a creative way.

I am looking forward to having another exciting and successful school year 
at East Millsboro Elementary.
