2009-2010 Winter Sports Registration Forms are now online. Please download
and turn in to school before October 16. A late fee will be applied to those
forms turned in after October 16. No forms will be accepted after October 30.
*If interested in coaching or asst. coaching at any time for any sport
please e-mail the athletic association.
**Please do not forget to register your student athlete (5th-12th grade
ONLY) at www.cdow.org website prior to the beginning of
practices.**
