- SIRS Researcher – Magazine, Newspaper, Reference Book Articles, plus Graphics (photos, charts and graphs, etc.)

In the “Subject Headings” search box, enter: psychology

At the next page, you will see a list of subtopics related to psychology.

OR you can the subject heading: psychological research.

 

- Cengage Learning - Student Resource Center Gold- Magazine, Newspaper, Reference Book Articles, plus Graphics (photos, charts and graphs, etc.)

Enter either psychology (at the results page, a list of subtopics will appear in the left column) or psychological research. Tabs across the top indicate the type of document: a reference book article, magazine or newspaper article, a primary document (such as a speech) or multimedia (picture).

 

- Grolier Online Encyclopedia

Under Find it Fast, enter a term such as psychology OR psychological research.

The results page will display a list of related articles from one of the FIVE online encyclopedia databases. Select one and skim to help narrow your topic. Each article will also have “Weblinks” and “Periodical” links.

 

NetTrekker – Specialized academic search engine. Access through BEEP (Broward Education Enterprise Portal.) Select “Student Portal.” Then enter your student ID# and birthdate.
