Please tell us about the books you have been reading this past year by completing the following survey. You must submit the survey to Mrs. Rohrbach or Mrs. Lynch NO LATER THAN APRIL 23, 2009. You may e-mail the survey OR print it and drop it off in Room 2401. You will be asked to type a LIST of all books you have read between April 1, 2008 and April 1, 2009. You must include the title and author for each book. You will also be asked to write a short, but SPECIFIC paragraph about your favorite book. Please be sure to read and follow the directions.
