DENTAL EXAM
Back to School: What is this?
A free Dental exam and cleaning for children (who have never been to the
Dental Clinic at the Health Department)
Who can come?
School age children 4-18 (parent or guardian must accompany child)
Is there a cost?
1st and 2nd visits are free of cost, 3rd visit % of payment with appropriate
documents.
When is this event?
Every Wednesday in July in a different health center.
July 1- Tarpon Springs Health Center
July 8- Clearwater Health Center
July 15- Largo Health Center
July 22- St Pete Health Center
July 29- Pinellas Park Health Center
What are the hours?
8:00 am to 3:00pm
Do I need an appointment?
No! Come in early and take a number.

We are looking for active, involved and vibrant individuals who are
