Dear Bobcat Families,
As most of you know the weather was not in our favor Saturday and none of the rides were used.
All Star Events has GENEROUSLY offered to come out again at a future date to be determined, to try to make up for the unfortunate weather conditions that we experienced.
We are so very THANKFUL for All Star Events' offer and we look forward to seeing everyone out on the field enjoying a beautiful day on those amazing rides!
The PTA is truly thankful for everyone that came out in support of the school on Saturday.
It was a great lesson to all that there are times when things just don't go as planned, and you just need to make the best out of it! And that is what everyone did!
Thanks especially goes out to the staff and administration that came out on their day off to entertain and enjoy the activities with us!
And the event would not been possible without the amazing support or our
VOLUNTEERSand the financial support from our SPONSORS! Please show your thanks when possible!
On a side note:
FOUND: If you left an umbrella, we have a collection of them at the school! If you left a bag, Julia has it!

(8/24/13) School News
Dear Bobcats,Congratulations on a very successful 1st week of school! As we prepare for the 2nd week, here are some important updates.

Beginning Monday, August 26th our campus will once again be a closed campus. There will be 3 entry points for the children ONLY. The field by the tennis courts, the silver gates by the PE shelter and the bus lane (for walkers only-no cars)will be supervised for arrival into school. Please use the car pool lane for dropping off your children or if you walk your children please walk them to one of the entry points. PK
parents only, must show their pass and bring their children directly to the elementary cafeteria and/or classroom. All parents MUST report to the Main Office for any other needs.
PAL tryouts will begin Monday, August 26th. Soccer and Volleyball tryouts will take place Monday, August 26th and Wednesday, August 28th. Cheerleading and Flag Football tryouts will take place on Tuesday, August 27th and Thursday, August 29th.
Finally, our Dismissal Procedures have changed just enough to make the overcrowding a little less hectic and ensure the safety of our children. PK, K, 1st, and 2nd grades will be dismissed from the front of the school car pool lane every day. We have been implementing this for 2 days and the dismissal has been much more efficient. Grade 3 will be dismissed from the front of the school car pool lane on M, T, Th, and F. On Wednesdays only, grade 3 students will be dismissed from the PE shelter. Grades 4 and 5 will be dismissed from the PE shelter every day.
Please drive carefully through the car pool lane and use the right lane only. Parents do not exit your cars at any time and all children must get in or out of the car exclusively from the right side by the curb. Additionally, never use phones, or text while you drive in the car pool lane and never park in the car pool lane. Remember the parking garage is free from 7:45 - 9:00 am and from 1:30-3:30 pm. Our children are our first priority! Let's keep them safe!

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation as we work together to Move It FORWARD for all of our children in every capacity this school year!!!
