I have been teaching for an exciting and wonderful 19 years. I have
taught students in first grade, fifth grade, ESOL elementary (all grades),
11th grade high school, and college level students. My husband and I have
two wonderful sons, Mitchell and Isaac. Mitchell is in Glades Middle School
and Issac attends Snapper Creek Elementary.
Some of my favorite things to do are reading, biking, excercising, and
baking delicious desserts for my family and friends. During the summer, my
family and I love to spend long days searching for sea glass at Magnolia
Beach in Mass.
I feel so lucky to be in a profession where I get to enjoy and marvel at
the young, creative minds of children. It is truly a blessing.
In Fifth grade all students need to become responsible and contributing
citizens. I will provide a secure and positive environment to stimulate
intellectual development, enhance personal qualities and foster respect for
individual differences. As part of our school mission to develop the whole
child, we are equally dedicated to encouraging creative endeavors, guiding
students towards personal and emotional fulfillment, and providing health
awareness for lifetime fitness.
