Take time everyday to work on you physical conditioning. This will help you when you get to camp in July.

  1. 20 push-ups.
  2. 50 sit- ups
  3. 20 lunges
  4. 20 jumping jacks
  5. 20 squats
  6. 50 toe touches
  7. Also remember to stretch with every excercise!

Having a good diet is essential to your physical being. Junk food is not healthy and you know that! I have given you a suggested meal plan for your benefit.
