Any student who does not show up for a performance must produce a note from
and signed by their parent/guardian within 48 hours of the missed performance.
The note must contain information as to why the student didn't attend the
performance. ONLY after the receipt of the note will an alternate assignment
be given. The alternate assignment must be turned in no longer than 1 week
after the missed performance. I will not accept assignments after 1 week.
The alternate assignment is posted on this website as of December 5, 2009. If
your child needs to complete the alternate assignment, they have until
December 16th, 2009 to do so. The assignment must be done in it's entirety.
No partial credit for the assignment will be awarded.
You must find the musical definitions to these following words, write the
words and the entire musical definition in it's entirely and make up a
sentence for each word you have written a definition for.
If the word and/or definition is not written in it's entirety and a sentence
is not included, you will not receive credit for the assignment. No partial
credit will be given for this alternate assignment. This alternate assignment
is worth 10 grades.
