Draw a Plant or Animal Cell (25 points)
Directions

1. This drawing can be done on construction paper or regular white copy 
paper (no notebook paper) must be at least Letter sized paper.
2. Crayons, markers, colored pencils can be used ( no playdough).
3. Cells must have the following: Cell Membrane, nucleus, endoplasmic 
reticulum, Golgi Bodies, lysosome, ribosomes, mitchondria, vacuoles.
4. If you are drawing a plant cell, you must include a cell wall, 
cholorplast, and a large vacuole.
5. Each organelle must be labeled with the name of the organelle and its 
function.  No map legends please.
6. Each item is worth 3 points a piece.

This is due on Wednesday January 23rd.

Students will be required to bring in 5 pictures minimum for a group project 
that will be done starting on Monday.  Students will use these pictures to 
make a food chain.  One student in the group will be required to bring in a 
small posterboard for the project.  Also a second group project will be done 
on computer in which students will also create food chains on power point 
with sound.  This will be worked on in class and at home.  The 1st project 
is due Monday since it will be done in class.  The second project is due on 
Thursday, April 10th.
