WELCOME TO THE 2009 - 2010 SCHOOL YEAR AT BOOKER MIDDLE SCHOOL!!!!
This year, our theme is "Work Toward Your Own Independence!" Core classes
will incorporate life skills such as budgeting, banking, health sciences,
home economics, career development, affective training, time management,
cultural diversity, and community services. Students will experience, first
hand, the working world through demonstrations, guest speakers and job
shadowing. Each student will create personal career goals and a plan of
action they can follow to attain those goals. Futures are the focus for this
exciting year at Booker Middle School!!!
