The second quarter is now more than halfway over.
In Algebra 2, students have taken a quiz on the first few sections of
Chapter 5. Many students are not doing homework and are now having trouble
with the rest of the chapter. Please encourage your student to complete
homework every day in order to keep up with the new material. Also, encourage
your child to come for extra help if he/she is having difficulty.
Many students are struggling on tests because they are doing NO homework.
Students are assigned homework every day except the day of a test. Please ask
your student to show you their completed homework and the returned graded
homework. Don't accept the response "I've done it" or "I don't have any."
You can check their period on this website to see what their assignment is.
In Calculus AB, we have finished Chapter 3 and students took a quiz on section

for the review project that will be turned in by April 21.
In Calculus BC, students took a quiz on differential equations, slope fields,
Euler's method and logistic equations. We have now finished differentiation
and integration of inverse trig. functions and will soon start Chapter 6 on
area, volume, and arclength.
