Mission For The Class

The mission for this class is to prepare students in their senior year of 
high school to become active and knowledgable participants in the American 
system.  The first part of the year will focus on understanding the American 
governmental system.  The second part of the year will focus on 
understanding the American economic system.
Students in the AP Comparative Government class need to be prepared for a rigourous, college-level 
study of the political systems of a variety of countries.  They will also examine how those countries 
interact on the world stage.
