Mrs. Bramham started her teaching career after graduating from Forida
Southern College with a B.S. degree in Mathematics in August 1977. Initially,
she taught in Palm Beach County for two years before moving to the United
Kingdom to be with her husband who was then serving in the British Armed
Forces. Whilst living in the UK, she worked for the Shropshire Education
Authority as a Youth and Community Worker and also attended Crewe and Alsager
College, earning her diploma in Youth and Community Work. She later attended
Keele University and was awarded her Masters in Counselling. Mrs. Bramham
chose to accompany her husband to the Middle East, where she secured a
teaching postion at The Cambridge High School in Dubai. In addition to her
teaching duties at the school, she was selected as an Oral Examiner in
English for The Cambridge University Board of Examiners in the UK. Returning
to the U.S. in 1998, she accepted a position as a Math Teacher at Marjory
Stoneman Douglas High where she taught for six years. More recently, in 2004,
she transferred to the new Coral Glades High School where she remains to
present day.
