Mission For The Class

Thi is a two credit course that is taken sequentialy.  You will learn 
advanced cooking 
skills through the use of tools and equipment in the commercial style 
kitchen settings.  
A few of the meals that you will prepare are:  Cheesecake,  Coconut shrimp,  
Clam 
Chowder, Fried Chicken, and  Cinnamon rolls.  Another highlight of this 
class is the 
weekly shopping trip at Publix.  Once a week the class makes a trip to 
Publix to buy the 
supplies needed for the weeks cooking.  With the completion of Culinary 
Operations    
1-3 you may qualify for the Florida gold Seal Scolarship.
