This last quarter we will be working on a research paper on a U.S. president.
Below is the timeline:
March 17-20 Introduction to project in class. Choose topic and work
on steps in class
March 23-24 In class - Gather notes and sources. Steps 5-8
March 25-April 3 Class trip and Spring Break
April 6-16 In class - Continue steps 5-8. Make outline
April 17 Note cards/Outline due
April 20-24 In class - steps 9-12
April 27-30 Work on report at home/presentation
May 1 Paper/presentation due CHANGED TO MAY 4
The students have a handout that is broken down into steps, so you will be
able to follow the steps we are taking in class. The steps will be done
mostly in class (noted on above schedule).
