THE CORNERSTONE SCHOOL SCIENCE FAIR 2008-09
It is the time of the year when we begin the process known as "Science Fair"
Mr. Moseley has distributed Science Fair information packets to the Middle School students. Mr. Moseley will once again be coordinating the Science Fair Project while Mrs. Alvarez coordinates the Science Fair Research Paper. The information packets will be reviewed in the classroom so that all the students that may have questions can get answers. In this packet you will find due dates, paperwork requirments, permission forms, etc. There will be days set aside for science fair days in the classroom. This will give the students a chance to review their progress with Mr. Moseley and ask any questions that may arise during the experiment process.
By this time you/your student should have turned in:
Each of these forms was reviewed by Mr. Moseley prior to their due dates. The next part of the Science Fair Project (Research Plan) will be due on Friday 10/31. This will be the procedure that you/your student will follow when doing their experiment. Mr. Moseley will review this step of the project during the week prior to the due date.
All projects (Display Boards and Data Collection Logs) are due on or before December 19.
The Cornerstone School Science Fair will take place on Thursday, Jan. 15 from 2:00 - 5:00. The top ten winners will be invited to compete at the Big Springs Regional Science Fair in February.
