Dear Parents,

Sorry for the delay in the Spring Work Sampling Systems. They are being reviewed today and
should go home tomorrow. Conference times are from 12:00-3:30 (Wed., May 20 and Thurs., May 21)
I have the schedule posted on the bulletin board outside of our classroom. If you would like to
meet with me and cannot meet at the times I have posted, please let me know.

Wednesday, May 20 and Thursday, May 21st are EARLY RELEASE DAYS with extended day available.
Please pack a lunch for your child if he/she will be staying.

Friday, May 22 - School Cook-out 10:00 - We look forward to seeing our families attend!
It will also be an Early Release Day with NO EXTENDED DAY.

The End of Year Program begins at 6:00 PM at West Port High School. Please plan to arrive no
later than 5:30-5:45. Your child will be wearing a frog costume for the performance. PLEASE
DRESS YOUR CHILD IN SHORTS, CLOSED TOE SHOES AND SOCKS (We will be using safety pins to attach
froggy feet onto your child's socks.) We will also have a "froggy" shirt for your child to put
on as soon as they arrive at Westport. They can wear this t-shirt over the shirt they wear into
Westport. They will also be wearing a visor/hat - so please take that into account when you are
fixing your child's hair.
