How do I get a Library Card?
You must come in person to fill out an application and provide proof of your
current resident address, or business or property ownership. Children under
14 need a parent or guardian to register them.
Examples of acceptable verification of current address may be a Florida
driver's license, a lease or tax bill, a current utility bill, student
report card or occupational license.

How much does a Library Card cost?
There is no charge for a Library Card for North Miami residents or for
people who own business or property in North Miami. Residents of Hialeah,
North Miami Beach and the Miami-Dade Public Library System Special Taxing
District enjoy Reciprocal borrowing priviliges. All others will be charged a
nonresident fee of $50.00 annually. A three (3) month card is available for
$15.00.

Does the Library have computers and Internet access for the public?
The Library has public access computers available on a first-come, first-
serve basis. Photo identification and a signed computer user agreement form
are required on the first visit. Children under 18 years old must have a
parent sign the computer user agreement form on the first visit.
