Ms. Casbarro has a great fascination & love of, believe it or not: INSECTS,
kickboxing, nature, family and mosaics (not necessarily in that order). Every
Tuesday night she volunteers at the Sawgrass Nature Center. She especially
enjoys going to see Hershey, a goat.
She has been teaching 5th through 8th graders for over 20 years, which means she
has had over a thousand students pass though her classroom doors. Each & every
one of them was special.
Not only a 6th Grade Math Teacher, Ms. Casbarro is certified to teach
Elementary Education (1-6), Math (6-9), High School Psychology & Sociology (9-12)
and ESOL (K-12). She was awarded Teacher of the Year at both Embassy Creek
Elementary School & Falcon Cove Middle School.

For students who love Math - to foster a deeper interest in learning more about
the usefulness of Math in the real world.
And for students who would not list Math as one of their favorite subjects -
to raise their feelings about Math to either "at least I don't mind going to
Math class anymore" or, even better, "It's my new favorite subject."
