Wow!  I am always wishing and praying for more great PAL approved 
volunteers to be literacy coaches one-on-one with my first
graders.  Right now we have some dedicated parents and grandparents 
who come in and read with the students.  They help the students 
progress through the take-home Accelerated Reader  
books and advance to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th even 5th grade levels!  I 
appreciate my volunteers! 


Another wish is for volunteers to help the kids stay on track with 
the required A.R. reading and then take tests on the computer.
