I have taught science for 15 years. I am certified in seven upper school
sciences and have taught biology, chemistry, zoology, physical science,
anatomy and physiology, physics, marine science, applied science, and AP
Chemistry. My degree is a BS in Biology Education from the University of
Central Oklahoma,1989. Genesis is the third school for me. I taught four
years at the first school, four years at the second school (both in
Oklahoma), and have taught at Genesis for seven years. I am looking forward
to this year - number eight.
The mission in our science classes: to explore and question, observe and
test, work to the best of your ability and defy laziness each day; allow
yourself to be the best student and the best learner, and allow everyone
else to be also at their best.
