Description
Odyssey of the Mind is a creative problem solving competition for students
in grades k-12. Each group can have up to seven student members, but no more
than seven. The coach facilitates the group but does not help them come up
with ideas for their solution. The primary team competes for fun, but does
not advance to the state competition unless the coach opts to have their
team in a chance drawing to go on to State. Please browse the OM website
listed below for further details about this wonderful program. Our school is
in need of coaches to allow more students to participate, assistant coaches,
and volunteers to judge and work on the day of the regional and state
competitions.
