1/10 Thank you to all of our Veterans for giving us freedom!!!!! Thank you
Lt.Cot Lempe for taking the time yesterday to visit with us! We enjoyed

Reading class page 69 from reading practice book. Spelling is due tomorrow.

Math Challenge 11.1 given in class (multiply across 0).
11/9 Homeroom: grammar sheet page 66 from reading practice book (available at
thinkcentral). Tomorrow is our Veteran Day Celebration, please wear a red
white or blue uniform shirt... :) Report cards go home today! Reading class
homework tonight is to write in your agenda 1 cause and effect(s) that happen
at home... Work on spelling (due Thursday).
11/5 Homeroom: Tomorrow is our good behavior celebration. We will take 20
minutes to celebrate our on task behavior. I will provide the popcorn! You
may bring a small stuffed animal to school. This must fit in your backpack.
READING class:Read small reading book and answer questions in complete
sentences. (books given in class today). MATH challenge page 51 given out in
class!
11/4 Media tomorrow! Next week is Veterans celebration!
Saturday is the Lamarque Fall Festival!!!!! READING CLASS you must choose a
new book for your next book report witch is due, Monday December 7th. This
gives you about 4 weeks to find and read a new chapter book! (the new book
report is the tic-tac-toe under the tab book reports). Spelling is due
tomorrow! Math homework page 50 given out in class today! :) The powers
that be!!!!
11/3 Reading Class read Mimicry and Camouflage again online (if you can)...
Complete page 63 given out in class. Math pages 51 and 52 multiply 2 digit
by 1 digit.
11/2/09 Reading Class: Fall book reports are due tomorrow! Spelling is due
on Thursday! Math class: page 52 practice book 2 digit by 1 digit
multiplication!!! :)
10/28 Fall Picture Day tomorrow!
10/27 Spelling is due Thursday. Media day is tomorrow, bring media
books...Peer's Reading Class your book report is due 11/3. Practice play
part...WE are accepting all snacks for Thursday!!! We have cookies thats it

10/20 Reading Class: Choose the robust vocabulary words and fill out both
sides for the vocabulary word box Ms. Peer gave out in class. Spelling due
Thursday. Math class lesson 7.2 challenge given out in class.
10/19 Next week we are celebrating Pumpkins! We will be doing many pumpkin
activities...We are in need of pumpkins, big, small or medium size. We are
asking that each student have a pumpkin to do the activies with. Please
bring in the pumpkins next week by Monday! Math Class: lesson 7.1 double bar
graphs handed out in class.
10/16 Please note that next Friday 10/23 is school spirit day...please where
a school spirit shirt...all students who do will earn a special treat from
Ms. Peer.

Friday SEE teacher! Learn my 3 times tables (skip count and complete double
thinksheet). Make sure to have parents sign multiplication test if you made a
70 or less.
9/4/04 Fundraiser little book is due by Thursday 9/10/09. Community Quilt is
do Wednesday 9/9/09. We are looking for donations for our good behavior ice
cream party. We have cups, spoons and napkins. Any donations of money or
topping or ice cream are needed! Our celebration will be next Friday

9/3/09 Community Quilt is due 9/9/09! Students were given 8X8 paper and
directions. Grammar sheet page 5 Imperative and Exclamatory Sentences. Math

9/2/09 Science text book pages 23 (1,2,3,5,6) and page 24 and 25. And pages
24-25 review and fcat questions (all). Reading class make sure you have read
small reading books and answered all questions in complete sentences! :)

8/28 We would like your support for our classroom (optional) auction. 4
times a year, we will collect items from home (with parent permission) to
bring in for auction. Items must be approved by parent and then by teacher.

8/27 Do the observation writing if you didn't already. Bring 10 items LAST
DAY tomorrow...Spelling test tomorrow! Any math not finished in class is
homework. Finish your character tee by tomorrow. Being thinking about
multiplication. Your first test is next week.

observation and write about what you see, hear, smell, and think. Your 10
items for your writers notebook (decorate cover) is due tomorrow. Finally

Writing: Due Thursday (Bring in 10 small pictures of things you like to cover
your writers notebook.) These small pixs are story starters for our
notebook.
Tonight: Due 8/26/09 you are to watch someone for 5 mins. Don't talk just
watch. Then write (on a sheet of paper) what you observed.
Reminder for tic-tack-toe spelling due Thursday.
