Welcome! I am pleased to be your teacher. Here are a few facts about me. I earned a Bachelors
Degree in Health and Physical Education from The University of Dayton. I have taught Preschool, 3rd
grade, and now 4th grade. Last year I was awarded "Teacher of the Year" for Love Grove Elementary.
I will try my best to be a great teacher in every way that I can. I care about every student, and I want
everyone to know that they can come to me at any time.
I am married (It will be 20 years in February!) with 3 children. Caiti will be 17 in September and
attends Douglas Anderson School of the Arts. Trip is 12 and in 7th grade. He attends Landrum
Middle School in Ponte Vedra Beach, and Daniel is in the 4th grade (he's 9) at Ponte Vedra Palm Valley
Rawlings Elementary School. We have a pet iguana named Lemon, and a pet Bearded Dragon named
Abendigo.
As your teacher I have high expectations of you. I expect you to have a positive attitude and be
prepared to learn on a daily basis.
This year will be an exciting and challenging year. I look forward to being your teacher. I know you
will succeed by putting forth your maximum effort.
