I am Mrs. Irene Kirschenman. This is my fourth year at MHR. Before coming
to MHR,I taught 1st grade for eight years in both Catholic and private
schools. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education 1-6 from
the University of South Florida. My Master's Degree is in Reading Education
K-12, also from the University of South Florida. My husband Edwin and I
have been married for 35 years and we have four children: Karen 33, EJ 30,
Lisa 28, and Kathy 25. I am looking forward to an exciting and challenging
year working with the faculty/staff, students, and parents at MHR!!!
My mission is to provide an enriching and Christian learning environment to
my students academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. I respect
all their individual differences and abilities, and will help each one in a
positive and challenging way to successfully reach their potential across all
curriculum areas.
