Brief Individual School Guidance Counseling:
1) Self-referral – Students signs up in the main office by completeing a
counseling form located on the office counter. After they complete the form,
they should give the form to the office staff and ask them to place it in my
mailbox. Guidance services are availble for all children.
2) Teacher referral – A teacher may request that your child see me.
3) Parent/Guardian request – Parents/guardians may request that their child
see me. They can complete a counseling form in the office, e-mail
me or call me, or inform their child’s teacher who will then contact me.
4) Administrator request – The principal or assistant principal may request
that a student see me.
