Homework is assigned on a regular basis to give students the opportunity to
practice skills and concepts taught during the school day. Homework is not
assigned on week-ends unless there is a project to be completed. At the
beginning of each quarter, the student receives 100 points for each
subject. Failure to complete a homework assignment the first time results
in the loss of three points; five points are deducted for each incomplete
assignment thereafter. After the fourth assignment, the student receives a
deficiency. Homework does count for 10% of the grade for each quarter. The
students are expected to make-up all homework assignments when they are
absent.
