I am so happy to be teaching at MacFarlane Park IB Elementary School! I hold
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from the University of
Florida and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from the
University of South Florida. I am married and have one grown daughter living
in NYC. I love dogs. I have one dog, Savannah, and two cats, Mr. Poe and Mrs.
Dickens. In my spare time I enjoy reading, auctions, antiques, art, travel,
and gardening. My favorite country to visit is Italy.
My mission for my class is to strive to help each student reach their
fullest potential while in third grade. My goal is to help my students become
responsible individuals, guiding them to begin taking responsibility for
their own learning, so they can be proud of their accomplishments earned
through perseverance.
