The Iditaread for the 2009 Iditatrod was a great success. Our fifth graders out read last years total of 102,931 pages read by our fifth graders during the Iditaread 2008. This year our fifth graders read a total of over 131,000 pages. Each student picked a musher to follow and tried to out run them matching miles to pages read. We will celebrate the 2009 Iditaread with Certificates, Free Homework Passes, Tokens, Trophies, and of course Klondike Bars!!
