How do Read at Home logs work?

The Read at Home logs are a tool used to determine if your child is
reading / being read to at home. Part of your child's communication grade is
determined from the Read at Home log. Please be sure you or your child is
logging at least one book each night. Each chapter of a chapter book is
logged as one book. The logs will be collected at the end of each month.
Each child who has read at least 30 books for that month will have met the
reading goal. Your child must meet the reading goal every month to be able
to participate in the end of the year reading celebration.
