Math Investigations
1. Weekly Homework:
Monday - Calendar Math Worksheet & Write Division Math Facts 7 - 8 twice
Tuesday - Complete Name That Portion Inv. 2 & 3 Study Guide to be checked in
class tomorrow.
Wednesday - Math Investigation Worksheet
Thursday - Math Investigation Worksheet & Review/Study study guide that was
sent home on Wednesday for Name That Portion Quiz tomorrow
* All homework assignments will be checked in class the next day and should
be kept together in your child's orange homework folder (the orange folder
should be placed in the left side pocket their communication 3-ring binder)
all week. On Friday, all assigned homework from that week will be stapled
together and turned in for a homework grade.
2. Name That Portion Inv. 2 & 3 Quiz will be this Friday, December 11th.
Please make sure your child is studying their study guide that will be sent
home on Wednesday of this week.
3. Name That Portion Unit Test next Tuesday, December 15th. Please make
sure your child is studying/reviewing their study guide for this unit test
that will be sent home this Friday.
Science
1. Continuing Energy Unit this week. See below some of the vocabulary words
your child will be learning about this week and next week in class.
2. Science Fair Individual Projects Weekly Homework.
Please see the Science Fair Icon on our main home page to see updated weekly
homework information. Your child's individual project variables and
procedures (#'s 5 & 6) are due for a homework grade this Tuesday, December
8th.
3. Work on conducting your individual science fair experiment over the
Christmas holiday break. (#7 needs to be completed by Tuesday, January 5th)
