There will be no school on Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day!

The Kindergarten Promotion Ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 30th at 8:45 a.m. in the school cafeteria. Due to limited seating, ONLY 2 guests per child will be allowed. You will receive 2 invitations in which are needed to enter the promotion ceremony.
In order for you to receive your child's Final Report Card for the 2012-2013 school year, please send a self-addressed stamped letter sized (4 1/8 x 9 1/2) envelope in by Friday, May 31st.
The last day of school is Thursday, June 6th.
The dismissal schedule for all students on the last three days of school
Tuesday, June 4th, Wednesday, June 5th, and Thursday, June 6th is at 1:35p.m.
For those students who are parent pick-ups, your prompt arrival is greatly appreciated.

Parents, would you like to become a volunteer at our school/classroom or participate as a chaperone in a field trip? You must register through the Miami Dade County Public Schools' Parent Portal at http://www.dadeschools.net/parents.asp.
In order to create a parent account you MUST first obtain a six digit PIN number from our main office. For more information on the process of completing the volunteer information online, please visit MDCPS' Office of Community Services at http://community.dadeschools.net/!svp/school-vol.asp and register to become a volunteer.
Parents: Please check your child's home learning folder and clean out your child's folder every night. Only leave and return the home learning calendar, the daily behavior log, and any important documents that may need to be returned. Also, please sign the behavior log daily, so that we know that you are aware of your child's behavior. Good behavior and listening skills are important elements in a learning environment. Thank you for your cooperation with this matter.
Kindergarten begins at 8:20a.m. At 8:21, students are considered tardy. Please make sure your child is on time to avoid being marked tardy.
